Check your Primail version
The version label identifies the Primail build you are using.
Where to read it
Section titled “Where to read it”- Open Primail → Settings (⌘,).
- Open Support.
- Under About, Version shows
vplus the bundle version (for examplev2.55.1).
The same v… label appears under Primail in the sidebar
header when the sidebar is expanded.
Support → Automatic updates is not available yet. Primail → Check for Updates… reports the version you are on.
When reporting a problem
Section titled “When reporting a problem”Include the Support version label and your macOS version. If you used the command-line tool or an agent connection, say which one.
